Downtown Pub Crawl Pricing and Hours of Operation

The Thirsty Pedaler is the newest way to bar crawl in Louisville.  We can take up to 14 of your closest friends along our routes and to where you want to go! Our tours run from March 15 – November 15, 11 am – 10:30pm, and we may be able to make exceptions to that if you just call. The length of the tour runs 2 hours.

What you get: The bike and all of the seats. A professional, and most importantly, sober driver.

Friday & Saturday: $375 2 Hour Tour

                Approximately $25 per person (Full Tour booked 15 riders)

Monday- Thursday: $335 2 hour tour            

                Approximately $22 per person (Full Tour booked 15 riders)

SUNDAY- SOCIAL SUDS TOUR: $30 per person (subject to min. of 10 riders)

No show, no refund. Rain and Shine. Subject to cancellation, due to extreme weather or lack of riders. 

Cheap Tuesdays: (1st &3rd tues of month) $250 per tour.

               Approximately $16 per person on a fully booked tour!! 

Holidays/Special Events: $200/hr (minimum based on event)

How Do I Pay?

Full payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Book and pay here. Credit cards, debit cards and cash are all acceptable forms of payment. Reservations paying in cash call (502)354-8822.

Cancellation Policy: 30+ days: Full refund or rain check (good for 180 days) 14-29 days: 50 % refund or Rain check (good for 90 days) Under 7 days: No refund or rain check

Late Fees/Damages: Remember that The Thirsty Pedaler is powered by its patrons and you determine the speed at which you travel. We book multiple tours a day, so it is imperative that your tour end within 10 minutes of scheduled time. The Thirsty Pedaler reserves the right to charge your credit card following the tour if necessary. If the Thirsty Pedaler is returned to starting point on time and undamaged, no penalties will be charged. You will also have a tour guide provided by us that will help keep you on schedule.

FEES:

$55 = 15-20 minutes late

$70 = 20-25 minutes late

$85 = 25-30 minutes late

$200 = 30-60 minutes late

$250+/hr = more than 60 minutes late

DAMAGE: Cost of Repair

ABANDONMENT OF TOUR: $400

Tipping: Our pilots work hard to provide you with the best time possible, and tipping is always appreciated.
