WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
pRIVATE TOUR: YOU HAVE RENTED THE ENTIRE BIKE AND ALL 16 SPOTS, EVEN IF YOU DON’T USE THEM. NO OTHER PARTY WILL BE ONBOARD.
PUBLIC TOUR: THIS IS A BY THE SEAT PRICE AND MULTIPLE GROUPS CAN BE ONBOARD. WE WILL NEED A MINIMUM OF 6 TOTAL IN ORDER TO GO AND ALL TOURS ARE TENATIVE UNTIL WE HIT THAT NUMBER. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION IF IT CONFIRMS. THE TOUR IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PRIVATE TOUR
it INCLUDES AN AWESOME DRIVER, SPOTS FOR UP TO 16 PEOPLE, SPACE FOR COOLERS ON YOUR 2 HOUR PEDALING BAR CRAWL. ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY, BUT YOU CAN BYOB. (ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS AND UP) WE WILL ALSO BE STOPPING AT A FEW BARS ALONG THE WAY. Many of our bars offer exclusive drink specials for our guests! Don’t forget an awesome playlist. WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?
Private Tour: $100 is due at booking and the remainder is auto-billed the Monday before the tour. Any changes to payment can be done by customer at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. but all tours need to charged prior to the tour. the price is not a per person rate, you are renting the entire bike for your private party.
PUBLIC TOUR: YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT TIME OF BOOKING. THE MONDAY PRIOR IS WHEN YOU ARE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT, IF WE HAVE A CONFIRMED TOUR. WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE TO CONFIRM.

NULUMARKETPLACE- a collection of bars, West Sixth Brewery a favorite, in a courtyard setting so you can choose where you want to go. *Customer favorite
THE SELTZERY -Their priority is to make and serve the best seltzer drinks available in the coolest venue. Served at a fraction of the carbs and calories of traditional cocktails.
GOODWOOD BREWERY- A cool indoor pub that serves great IPAs.
FALLS CITY BREWERY- A cool indoor/outdoor brewery that serves beer, mixed drinks and wine.
MERLES WHISKEY KITCHEN- Nashville style bar/restaurant. Great food and usually live music on weekends.
AGAINST THE GRAIN- A great local brewery attached to Slugger Field. Has mixed drinks and wine. Happy Hour Prices all the time for our customers
HIGH HORSE- Definitely a fun dive bar. Nothing fancy about this place, but has a cool low key vibe. $5 Old Fashioned
GALAXIE- A dive bar that is known for it’s margaritas.
GARAGE BAR- Known for it’s craft beer, pizza and cool outdoor patio.
Frequently Asked Questions
CAN ANYONE UNDER 21 RIDE?
Unfortunately, no.
Yes, you really pedal:)) But it should be fun. Not all seats are pedaling seats in case we have folks who can not/do not want to pedal. However, we do need some in your group to pedal.
DO I REALLY PEDAL?
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be 10-15 minutes early. If you are late, we may not be able to add the lost time to your tour because we have back to back tours. Please plan for parking, etc.. The bike will be located behind the PARC parking garage. If you are more than 10 minutes early you may be standing in a parking garage waiting for the bike. There is a Hotel Bar next door (Corner Bar) you can wait at if you arrive too early.
What do you do in rainy weather?
We go rain or shine. The Thirsty Pedaler makes the determination if we decide it is too dangerous to go. We only make that determination 2 hours prior (not days in advance b/c weather changes) and only if weather forecast predicts thunderstorms/lightning during your tour time. NO REFUNDS if you decide you don’t want to go in the rain, sorry. We are covered and offer free rain ponchos. Rainy tours are fun, so bring a positive attitude!
Is alcohol included?
No, unfortunately, we can not provide alcohol. But we are the only tour company in the state that legally allows BYOB. So you are welcome to bring your own (and it’ll be cheaper)! Just no glass please. We do stop at bars and most bars will give our customers a drink special. You can bring any sized cooler. We have space!
cancelling a tour?
Private Tours: We offer a full refund for 10 days in advance notice. From 9 days to 24 hours before your tour, you will lose your $100 deposit. Same day cancels you do not receive any refund. You can cancel your own reservation at the bottom of the confirmation email as long as it is 10 days out or longer. For all other cancellations, you must contact us. No shows will be charged the full amount. Public Tours: 10 days or greater you get a full refund. 9 days - 24 hours you are charged $10/pp and same day cancels you forfeit your full amount. You can cancel your own reservation at the bottom of the confirmation email as long as it is 10 days out or longer. For all other cancellations, you must contact us.
The Thirsty Pedaler reserves the right to charge the full amount for either tour due to any circumstance, but only use this rule on rare occasions.
WAITLIST You will be notified via text or email if a tour cancels and then we will book your group.
Waiver
Please have everyone pre-sign their waiver online. You will need to show your email confirmation email along with an ID. Every guest must have this signed individually. Click waiver tab to sign waiver.
Do’s and Don’ts (Penalties)
DO’S: Bring a fun playlist on any type of smartphone. We have the connections. Wear comfortable shoes, clothes. If you choose, please bring any sized cooler, ice and drinks. We do not have these items to give you unfortunately. BYOB allowed. Watch for traffic/events/weather and plan accordingly. Pre-sign your waivers. Everyone riding must sign a waiver and show an ID. Waiver located on our website.
DON’TS: Absolutely no glass can be brought on bike. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to: public urination, unsafe or threatening behavior, actions that cause the tour to be stopped, twerking in the street, offensive language, littering, fighting or damaging bike. No firearms of any kind will be permitted on the bike. Charges for not following basic rules start at $200 and can go up from there. Will be charged to the booker and tour may be stopped and no refund will be given. Please act appropriately.
